YBV operates the YBV Brand Intelligence Platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you interact with our platform, including our website, forms, and demo experiences.

Your personal data is stored using MongoDB database technology. The production server region has not yet been finalized and will be configured to comply with applicable data-protection requirements prior to public launch. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Form submissions are also transmitted via email to our internal team using encrypted SMTP connections (STARTTLS) provided by Namecheap PrivateEmail. We do not have independently verified documentation of the physical server location for this email service.

Where any service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission or applicable adequacy decisions.

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Specifically:

  • Contact, briefing, and pilot request data: 3 years from the last point of contact.
  • Technical and security logs: 12 months.
